No account or student profile

Capitalization Game does not ask for a student name, email address, birthday, school, or class account. Please do not put personal information into a custom practice set.

Learning progress stays in this browser

Scores, recent sessions, preferences, and practice streaks are stored in localStorage on this device. The application does not upload that learning history to a Capitalization Game database. You can clear it from the Progress page or through your browser settings.

Shared practice links

A custom set is encoded into the share link itself rather than saved to a class database. Anyone who receives the link can read and play that set. The URL may also appear in browser history and standard hosting logs, so teachers should use fictional or non-identifying sentences.

Analytics and advertising

This version does not load Google Analytics, advertising scripts, or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy and the on-page notice must be updated before the tracker is enabled.

Standard hosting data

Like most websites, the hosting and network providers may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp for delivery, reliability, and security. Their handling is governed by their own policies.

Children’s privacy

The product is designed to work without collecting a child’s personal information. Adults should supervise use where required and avoid adding identifying information to shared content.
